Even if we cannot change

the outcome of dementia,

we can certainly

change the journey.

Growing up with

a grandmother with dementia

made me aware of its devastating impact, not only on the people living with dementia but also on everyone around them and on society as a whole.

Despite significant research and evidence on slowing dementia progression, there has been a notable gap in translating this knowledge into accessible and scalable solutions.

Determined to address this challenge, I founded Action Health Technologies. Our mission is to improve the lives of people with dementia by developing evidence-based, innovative and engaging solutions based on our four-pillar approach.

Our Solution

Promoting holistic solutions based on the four pillars simultaneously

can have amazing results for people with dementia, such as*:

Improving memory functioning by 80%

Accelerating balance and muscle strength by 20%,

Helping to reduce falls and injuries, decreasing the burden on families and society, reducing care needs and lowering morbidity and mortality.

We slow down the progression of dementia by utilising data-driven gaming technology. Our innovation is based on gaming software supported by the evidence-based four-pillar solution:

Cognitive Stimulation

Physical Activity

Social Engagement

Wellbeing Support

This holistic approach provides a user-friendly hub with interactive and accessible games, ensuring fun and engagement.
